We’re looking for…
A Kitchen and Bath Designer who works directly with customers, someone committed and passionate seeking to be part of a growing company and team.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized and have a strong desire to both design and sell.
Job Duties
Interact with customers in our showroom for assessing their project needs. Guide them through our kitchen/bath layout design and product providing outstanding customer service. Learn and utilize specific design software to layout, specify, price and order cabinets for customer projects.
Accurately quote, order and track all kitchen and bath products. Work with project manager and contractors to ensure successful installations. Organize and manage all the documentation of the full cycle of projects.
Basic Qualifications
Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style. Ability to form strong relationships with customers. Strong attention to detail. Positive and energetic attitude. Flexible schedule. Basic sales skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
A Degree in Interior Design is preferred, but not required. Previous Experience in Retail Sales and or Cabinet Design is a plus.
What we offer
We are open to a salary and/or commissions structure. Work remotely is possible 1 or 2 days/week. Paid software training.
